My wife Lindsay discovered a lump in her breast in July 2015. It was immediately diagnosed as cancer. Thankfully she caught it early and after several tense weeks, she had an operation and the lump was removed. She then had four weeks of radiotherapy and now, with careful monitoring, is back to full health. It was a difficult few months for her and the kids and she's been incredibly brave and strong throughout. We were lucky she discovered it so early and had such excellent treatment... 

So I wanted to do something small to help other women in a similar situation. I'll be completing the Windsor Triathlon to raise money for two charities - Coppafeel, a charity which helps raise awareness of breast cancer and MacMillan Cancer Support which supports people who have suffered from all forms of cancer, something which affects an astonishing 1 in 2 of us.

Please dig deep for these two excellent causes. Mark
