Please sponsor my 44 mile cycle between the Palace's in memory of Paul Cupis, who sadly passed away last year.

I had the pleasure of spending time with Paul during the London to Brighton ride in 2012 and I know he had a passion for cycling and raising money for good causes.

I hopefully think he will be looking down on me next Sunday having a good laugh as I sweat, curse and wobble my way from London to Windsor. 

I just hope I don't fall off as I did last week....!
