Following on my first 10K run 2 years ago in aid of Cancer Research with my son Lloyd, I thought a Triathalon would be a great opportunity to try and raise a few quid again for this good cause.

 I know money is tight...small donations are okay too ;-)

Ian has twisted my arm once again to do this. Last time he wimped out (well he brock his collar bone actualy) at the last minute - watch this space!
