Here I go again!! Its been three years since the 24 hour charity walk around my garden (that was a hard 89km!) This time I am looking at an unsupported attempt to cover 100km across the Arctic Circle in 7 days, whilst raising much needed funds for Velindre Cancer Centre. Those of you that know me and that have supported me in the past will be aware that I suffer with some meaty blisters!! I have no doubt this challenge will test these and my mental strength to its limits. I know times are currently hard but I also know that pretty much each and everyone of us out there has been affected by cancer in some way shape or form, lets work together to fight this awful disease.
