Story

In my life I am able to make choices, some of the choices I make are good, some not so good.

Here in the UK I am free to make those choices because I live in a democracy. I can choose where to work and when.

I am running to raise money to raise awareness about those people for whom the ability to choose has been taken from them. whether by groups or individuals, these people are forced to do things they do not want to do. It's not just the sex and drug industry, but other places too like nail bars and car washing places.

People of all ages are being forced to carry out work for no money and threatened if they reveal themselves to the police.

In 2014 $120 Billion was made in profit from human trafficking and 21million people world wide are classed as modern day slaves.

The Salvation Army is actively involved in helping people escape from this modern day exploitation.

It would be great if you could spare a small amount of money to sponsor me and help the Salvation Army in this work.
