I am proud to support the UK’s leading charity for Crohn’s and Colitis. Over 300,000 people in the UK are living with these lifelong inflammatory bowel diseases and I see everyday, in my role as a Consultant, the effect of these conditions on people of all ages. However, I also see the real benefits of research into better diagnosis and treatments of Crohn’s and Colitis as Doctors and Scientists move towards prevention and cure of these chronic illnesses.

That is why I want to do my bit to support Crohn's and Colitis UK Charity. I've run a few Half-Marathons in my time but I'm getting on a bit now so the GNR is a genuine challenge for me. I am really grateful for your support for all that Crohn's and Colitis UK do for patients.
