Story
I'm raising money for ABF The Soldiers' Charity who provide vital support to soldiers, veterans, and their families in times of need. I have recently teamed up with Phez the Pheasant, he is supporting me with my training. A bit of lighthearted fun, raising awareness of what I am doing.
I'm also raising awareness for Mental Health Matters, it's OK not to be OK. Not all wounds are visible - "Pull up a Sandbag", Start talking, reach out today. Talking can save lives.
If I could encourage others to participate as fully as they can in sport and Physical Fitness, (running, walking, cycling, swimming, going to the Gym, ANYTHING). If I could inspire and motivate others to take part in at least 3 fitness sessions per week…perhaps more important, however, is the value to your own health and well-being of breaking away from the desk during working hours to conduct exercises. Physical fitness is inextricably linked to mental alertness and our ability to maintain focus on daily life.
