I'm raising money with Cath for Epilepsy Breaved, a charity we support that's working hard to stop children and adults being taken  by SUDEP.  For us, it's all about our lovely 12 year old boy Etienne (nearly thirteen Dad!) whom we lost last year, but you can help support this really worthwhile charity, the memory of Etienne and us, by donating what you can - it 'll help me get around that half marathon course on the 30th September.
