I'm running for my Dad Derek. He's had 2 strokes and thankfully has recovered well, he doesn't think he's done anything special but I think he's a hero. 

Im also running in memory of my auntie Liza and stepmother Nancy  who both died following strokes. lastly I'd like my run to be a thank you to the nurses of Cameron bridge hospital.
