Story
Most people will already be familiar with the Red Cross and they are currently doing some vital work in the emergency response to COVID-19. This was a cause I really wanted to show some support for, as many lives have been irreparably changed by this global emergency.
On a personal level completing a long course triathlon will be a real challenge and life goal realised, and one I couldn’t have had better support with from friends and family during the long training hours. Thank-you one and all, and in particular much appreciation to Joanne and our boys for putting up with having a MAMIL (middle aged man in Lycra) around the house, it cannot have been easy. As well as being the best coaching team I could have hoped for, you continue to inspire me daily…I’ve given you full credit for the coaching roles you’ve played in the pictures below xxxx
