Story
Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.
In 2 weeks time (Sun 7th Oct) I'm running 13 miles - which would be a personal best (ever), particularly if I make it round and without needing the services of St John's Ambulance. I'm running to raise money for Progressive Supranuclear Palsy (PSP) in memory of Liz Quin, my dear Mother in-La. Liz recently passed away after a long illness due to this degenerative brain disease which robs sufferers of the ability to walk, talk, swallow, see or communicate with the world around them, whilst the person remains mentally alert.
Liz's battle with PSP has motivated me to run this half marathon and continue towards the full London marathon next year.
