Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

I have today at the ripe old age of 43 and tipping the scales at a featherweight 16 stones and ten pounds decided to do something positive.

Not just for myself but in memory of someone irreplaceable that passed away last year......from cancer.

I was amazed at the diligence and compassion shown by the Macmillan nurses during these dark times.

Immediately after I set up a just giving page which raised near to 1000 pounds in memorium.

This time, I need to earn it!

Please dig deep, if you appreciate the cause or just if you want to see me suffer over a 100k bike ride it's money well spent.
