Story
Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.
My intial challenge for 2014 was to literally get up and do something, anything, anything active.
I've definitely got the Go Hard Or Go Home mentality, so Tough Mudder it is! 12 miles of gruelling mud.. obstacles, not just physical walls and tunnels, but fire, ice, water and electricity as well!
As this wasn't bad enough.. I haven't exercised properly for around 5 years.. the busy days of kickboxing and rugby are definitely a distant memory, so I've laid down my own personal gauntlet.. Fit enough to complete a mammoth mudrace, smile, and raise a nice sum of cash for an excellent charity!
Prostate cancer kills one man every hour. Men United v Prostate Cancer aims to challenge this strike rate.
It is time for men to come together, as Men United, against the common enemy of prostate cancer, one of the UK’s biggest man killers.
We are building Men United, a growing team across the UK, to get the message out there about one of the UK’s biggest man killers, support men affected by it, and raise funds to find more reliable tests and treatments for the future.
Men United is about men standing together, from the terraces to the pub and beyond, to say, quite simply, that men deserve better.
Men United v Prostate Cancer. We can win this!!!

DETERMINATION is the key.. not backing down, never giving up. And I'm Ready For War :D
So with every mile of training, every extra rep needed, I would love your support in my time of need, so please give a little to help me get to my target, and make a hell of a difference to Mens Health!
