Swap a visit to the salon or barbers and go bald for breast cancer prevention. Shaving your head for breast cancer can be a powerful way to show solidarity and fundraise.

Story

A friend is currently undergoing treatment for breast cancer and because of Covid there has been very little that I can do to physically help her and her husband. Aside from recommending box sets of programmes or films to watch whilst having chemo treatments and sending messages of encouragement there has not been much else to do for her. So I thought the least I could do would be to show some solidarity with her shaven head and raise some much needed funds for an incredibly worthy cause!

COVID has led to lots of fundraising events being cancelled for Breast Cancer UK. Putting their vital breast cancer research and prevention work at risk. Breast Cancer UK rely solely on people fundraising for them. They do not receive any statutory or government funding. They urgently need your support to continue their work to prevent breast cancer. So I'm going to Go Bald for Breast Cancer UK - please support me by donating what you can.

You know you would love to see how crazy I would look with a shaved head going from 👨‍🦳to👩‍🦲so please get involved and help me raise some cash and hopefully loads of smiles on the way too!

Thank you and check back to see the results!
