I will be running the E.ON Big Run 10K this year to do my bit to help raise money for our charity of the year, Teenage Cancer Trust, as well as also providing me with the perfect incentive to get those trainers back on and get off the couch to move a little more...! Most of us have been touched by cancer at some point in our lives and this is an ideal way of helping to raise extra funds to contribute to this worthy cause.
