This Late October I'll be attempting to cycle from London to Home. It is twice the distance I have ever travelled by bike so I don't think its going to be easy by any means, and with  fully laden steel MTB rather than a sleek carbon framed road bike in go faster lycra.

I am so privileged to have a warm home to go home to, hot food and water. I drink, eat pizza and play xbox while else where peoples lives are getting torn apart by violence, and disease. 

Millions of Syrians have lost their homes and families, but we all want to see an end to all the violence and ease the suffering so........

I dont know many so the £1m target may be a little high, but if we all put a little something forward it will be a bit more than what they had yesturday.
