For the last couple of years I have been fundraising for Prostate Cancer UK by riding my bicycle to Amsterdam. I have met many people on my journey who have become friends and heard sad stories, brave stories and even funny stories.

I had intended to join another event this year but one of my friends John Jones had a set back in his fight against this horrible disease. He's been going through further treatment and has set himself the goal of riding to Amsterdam again next year. So we're all doing it with him so people can see what a good bloke he is but not only that what their money has brought for men like John. Bravery isn't enough research, Doctors and Nurses all cost money. Please find it in your heart to support us and donate.
