Turn up with your towel at 11.00am on Boxing Day opposite Aldeburgh Moot Hall, take the plunge and persuade lots of people to sponsor you. They can make online donations through this page.

Or if a Boxing Day dip is not your scene, you can support us by an online donation and/or by turning up on the beach. The money we raise on this page goes to Medecins Sans Frontieres and on the beach we also raise money for a local charity, East Anglia's Children's Hospices.

Once you donate, Justgiving will send your money directly to Medecins Sans Frontieres and reclaim Gift Aid on every eligible donation by a UK taxpayer. Gift Aid adds 28 pence to the value of every pound you donate and if you are a higher rate tax payer you can reclaim the difference between the higher rate and base rate.
