In April this year I was diagnosed with Prostate Cancer.  It has been caught early and with regular monitoring the prognosis is positive.

As part of coming to terms with it I decided to set myself the challenge to raise money for Prostate Cancer UK.  The challenge is to walk the Norfolk and Suffolk coastal paths, a distance of over 140 miles, in two weeks.   I start in Hunstanton (Norfolk) on 25 Sep and finish at Landguard Point, Felixstowe (Suffolk), on 8 Oct.
