In memory of our loving Dad, who passed away on the 5th July 2021, the family have decided to do something positive during this time of sadness.
In lieu of a collection at the Crematorium, we have set up this Just Giving page to raise money and awareness of Alzheimer’s and Dementia.
Having experienced this terrible disease with our Dad, It is difficult to put into words how utterly heartbreaking it is to watch a loved one slowly lose their ability to walk, their memory, their dignity and eventually their life.
Alzheimer’s Research UK’s mission is to bring about the first life-changing dementia treatment by 2025 and their vision is a world where people are free from the fear, harm and heartbreak of dementia.
Any donation, and we mean any……will go towards the invaluable research into this horrible disease in the hope that one day…….it no longer exists.
