Thanks for caring and giving money for Sebastian's Action Trust.

Assuming i am still alive after the amusingly entitled FUN RUN, i will send proof of my participation.

I understand it to be a little over 3 miles, so i just need to view it as 10 consecutive visits to my "local" pub

So, 3 miles and 20 pints later, as i am close to death for a good cause, I will be absolved of any guilt in my life and a family may just be able to spend some invaluable time together in an environment designed to make their holiday the most special time it can possibly be
