Every year I try my best to run the Linlithgow 10K to raise money for the chosen Springfield Golf Society charity that is Children 1st.

Last year I had my brother for company but he has been carrying an Achilles injury for most of the summer and let's face it, he is a bit out of shape!!

Any donation, great or small would be amazing and gives me a reason to keep doing it.
