I am running the Bristol Half Marathon to raise funds for the Be More Ben charity who have been a great support to my family.

My eldest son Michael aged twelve sadly took his own life in July 2021.  We soon found that there is little meaningful long term available support for bereaved families.

Thanks to Be More Ben we have been able to benefit from on going Bereavement counselling.  It's been a huge help to our family to be able to talk to someone who understands what we are going through.
