Having turned 50 this year ( and not happy about it!) I am taking on the Scottish Rat Race Coast to Coast 2017 challenge and decided to fundraise in aid of Accord Hospice.

The challenge involves running, cycling & kayaking over 105 miles across the Scottish Highlands on 9th/10th September 2017.
