We support people with complex disabilities to help them lead independent lives.

Story

I have decided to runfor Supportability this year to help with the amazing work they do.   So I will do the Manchester Marathon (10 Oct), Brighton Marathon (12 Sept), Brighton Half Marathon (12 June) and a half marathon at Dorney 18 April.

I did a half marathon on 21 March (when the Wilmslow Half would have been) and finished in 1:53:13 (my third best all time).

Supportability are a Stockport Charity who support children, young people and adults with a wide range of complex physical and learning disabilities (like care for people with cerebral palsy). They try to enable  disabled people to live a fulfilled and independent life.

Supportability deliver services throughout Stockport, Derbyshire, Tameside, Trafford and East Cheshire.

Take a look, it is pretty awesome.   https://www.supportability.org.uk/

If you would provide a small donation I would be really grateful.

In addition if you want to suggest a challenge that you want me to attempt along the way, that you would sponsor, I will give it a go.   To help with challenge setting my PBs are 5k: 24:45;  10k:  53:51;   Half 1:51:07;   Marathon 4:23.   All very slow I know, but they were all good for me.
