This page and group has been set up in the memory of Faizan Ahmad, our esteemed colleague and friend. We are all going to try and run 10k as fast as possible to raise money for the British Heart Foundation so that they can continue their research into the diseases that affect us today in the hope of providing cures and care for those who really need it, people just like Faizan.
