Story
On the 14th August I am participating in a charity cycle challenge to raise money for Male Cancer Awareness Campaign (MCAC). This is no ordinary cycle. Starting in Southend on Sea and finishing 6 days later in Galway, covering 100 miles a day and nearly naked. The last time I was on a bike I was about 12. I have dragged my old mountain bike out of the shed, oiled the chain, removed the spokey dokies and have been clocking up the miles in preparation.
Male Cancer Awareness Campaign is all about raising awareness of cancer and teaching the importance of early detection while trying to reduce the embarrassing issues associated with male cancer.
