You might think it's a bit odd me doing this as I'm an Royal Marines Cadet instructor but I have quite a few friends who are ex-Paras and SUPPORT OUR PARAS does a great job in helping the current serving soldiers and families cope with the pressures of military life.

I've got until May to get my body vaguely fit so I can TAB (or Yomp if you're a Bootneck) 10 miles in boots and with 35lb on my back (that's 15kg). It's going to be hard and I'm going to be broken by the end of it.
