On 12th September I will undertake my 2nd Tough Mudder North West with great friends having lots of fun.  This will be followed by running The Great North Run on Sunday 13th September.  

I am running in aid of Liverpool Chest & Heart hospital who have helped my family through a very difficult period helping and caring for a GREAT MAN, HUSBAND, FATHER, GRANDFATHER AND GREAT GRANDFATHER!
