 “11^th July, 100 miles, Eastbourne to Winchester, a pleasant stroll over the beautiful South Downs”. “Yes ,Yes, Yes, I’ll do that” I cried, Over 4 days, 25 miles a day, no alcohol, I must have missed that bit. Are we mad? Quite possibly, however  along with 9 intrepid friends I will be undertaking this feat (and no mean feat this will be, for this unfit  55 year old)  aiming to raise as much as possible for Rowans Hospice and have a damn good time doing so.
