Claire House Children's Hospice is a children's hospice in England. The hospice provides care for babies, children and young people up to the age of 23, with life-threatening or life-limiting conditions. Services include specialist respite, palliative, end of life and bereavement care. 

The hospice, which is located in Bebington on the Wirral, relies largely on goodwill to pay the £2.9 million annually needed to fund operation.

The hospice has been supported by several recognizable figures, including photographer Rankin, Everton playersTony Hibbert and Leon Osman, and Marco Pierre White.

Claire House Children's Hospice offers specialist care, support and choice to families whose children won't live to be adults. The hospice cares from families from across Merseyside, Cheshire, North Wales, West Lancashire and the Isle of Man.

As of 2014, 190 families we currently being supported by the hospice, either by the in-house Care Team or the Hospice to Home Team, a specialist group of nurses who take the care of the hospice out into the community and into the family home. The Hospice to Home Team also provide end of life care.

Claire House has a Teenage Wing designed for teenagers who are undergoing care there as well as a hydrotherapy pool to provide play and physiotherapy for children with complex health needs. A sensory room is also available for youngsters to stimulate their sight, touch and hearing with lights, textures and sound.
