Hey Everyone. 

So I am going to run the Barns Green 10 K on the 26th September in aid of St Catherine's Hospice in Crawley. 

My Mum had Hospice care at the end of her life and I wanted to tie in my first 10K challenge with trying to raise some money for such a valuable cause. 

Hospices make so much difference to patients and families in the most difficult of times. As with lots of great services these days they rely on donations to keep going and they need the money more than ever after the Pandemic.
