Story

Hi,

Thank you for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

On 2 October 2011, I will be running the Loch Ness Marathon, hoping to raise money for Alzheimer Scotland.

I recently completed the Great Scottish Run half-marathon ('half' sounds so much better!) and am now looking forward (I think) to what will surely be the biggest physical challenge of my life so far. With a little over 3 weeks to go, training has been going fairly well, and I've been lucky enough to have received some fantastic support and guidance on those long, painful Saturday morning runs.

On behalf of both Alzheimer Scotland and myself, thank you for taking the time to read these few words, and for enduring the sight of my incredibly white arms and legs ('Scottish sunburn 'in motion'').

If you would like to make a donation, I would be extremely grateful.

Thank you very much for your kindness and generosity.

Mark
