Sadly my Dad, John lost his fight with cancer last month. In his last few weeks my Dad was being cared for by the wonderful staff at the ACCORD hospice in Paisley.  The staff and nurses provided amazing care for my Dad, with humility, dignity and humour.  My Dad was always having a joke with the nurses, I think that was important to him.

Kelly and I have decided to run the Stirling marathon to show our gratitude to the staff and to help raise some much needed funds for the ACCORD charity, so that they can continue their great work of caring for cancer patients and supporting their families.
