It was a great day. The sun shone, the Norfolk countryside was at its loveliest, the hills weren't too bad.  I covered 30 miles (with some delightful stops) with a 75 year-old and a 9 year-old.  No flagging for either of them!  I raised over £700 for the Frank Haines Trust, thanks to you, my very generous sponsors.  Thank you all, very VERY much for your support.
