We support persecuted Christians to survive in places of extreme hostility
Story
"The Syria Crisis has been described as the worst humanitarian crisis of the 21 century. This March marked the 7th anniversary of the conflict. Lebanon has been one of the countries at the centre of the conflict. Bordering Syria, Lebanon is hosting over a million Syrian refugees."
This summer I'm headed to Lebanon to help run a children's camp for displaced children.
Take a look at what Syria was like before the war: https://searchingforsyria.org/en/what-was-syria-like-before-the-war/
We’ll be working with a local Lebanese charity* which is providing humanitarian relief to refugees, working to alleviate the suffering of those displaced by the Syria Crisis and are fundraising to support local development and capacity-building programmes for displaced children in Lebanon.
*This organisation is vetted partner of Open Doors, registered on the Charity Commission Website.
