Story
Hi everyone,
As you might know, I am running the Royal Parks half-marathon in October and have decided to run for Royal Trinity Hospice. They care for patients in Central and South-West London, and are located in Clapham, my neighborhood. Having experts care for patients and their families at the end-of-life stage, whether this is in their centers or in the comfort of people’s own homes, is an incredible service. My family has had to rely on hospice more than once in the last three years, and I am so grateful for the extraordinary nurses who helped us all through those terribly hard times, including in the months after our loved ones departed. Royal Trinity Hospice provides free, compassionate care for around 2,300 patients and their families every year. However, RTH relies on donations for three quarters of its funding – which means that every penny you can spare will count.
Thanks for supporting RTH, and thanks for supporting me and my goal to kick 21km in the butt!
