It's been a while since I swam the Triple 5km so I thought it was time I returned to the water for two great causes - Cancer Research UK the largest charitable funder of cancer research in the world and Marie Curie who support people with any terminal illness, and those close to them from diagnosis to bereavement. 

Between 26-28 April, I will be swimming 5km every day over the three consecutive days in honour of my Auntie Jackie and my friend Jon Leleu. I would really appreciate it if you would sponsor me and raise vital funds for these two incredible causes dedicated to helping everyone touched by cancer.
