I am taking on the Run Norwich 10K on Sunday, August 7, 2016 for Age UK Norwich. I am aiming to raise a minimum of £150 to make a difference to people in Norfolk. 

Most people that know me will tell you that I don't run so this is a big thing for me. Running is something that I have always wanted to be able to do but something I have never had the courage to do. 

The challenge is my first ever 10k running....yes a running event. 

To carry on with the running theme on August 20th I will be taking part in my next challenge...a Filthy Girl Mud Run with obstacles and hope to continue to raise funds for this very deserving charity
