Dear all,

I am running the London 10K on 1st July 2007 and I would really appreciate if you could dig deep and sponsor me online. EVERY penny will help!

This is a challenge for me & furthermore, it will be raising money for a worthy cause.

I will be running for CHILDRENS HOPE FOUNDATION.

After plenty of puffing and some serious sweating I have taken the challenge to train for the run.
