Story
A message from Marie:
This year, I have a big birthday & want to mark it with something special. I have advocated for better mental health services in my personal & professional life for a long time. Raising money for such a great charity seemed a perfect way to celebrate my 30th. It's an honour to undertake this challenge in memory of Lauren's Dad & raise awareness for Mind's marvellous campaigns.
A message from Lauren:
This time last year I lost the wonderful man that was our Dad. I got through that difficult time thanks to some incredible friends, like Marie.
To mark the anniversary Marie has volunteered to swim 5km, that's 200 lengths or 3.5 hours non-stop, to raise funds for Mind. Good Luck Marie! And thank you
