The Christie has been of huge importance to Marie and all the family.  Most significantly, The Christie enabled Marie to be blessed with a precious extra year with her beloved Kazuaki (Kaye) following his devastating diagnosis of non-Hodgkin’s lymphoma….extended time together that Marie was eternally grateful for.  In addition, the expertise, care and incredible work of The Christie has also been (and continues to be) responsible for the successful treatments and ongoing monitoring of other family members.  As such, Marie felt indebted to The Christie and it was her wish for any donations, that people might kindly want to make, to be directed to this worthy charity.
