Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page. 

My challenge - starting with the Wigan 10k, the main event will be The Great North Run a half marathon followed by Hell up North a 10 mile trial run @ Delamere Forest.

To keep me going Jim will be running with me, phil will be cheering us on and Chris is providing the latics shirts. 

I have chosen to run for the charity Crohn's and Colitis as they are the major UK charity helping to improve the lives of people affected by the disease. Colitis and Crohn's are inflammatory bowel diseases which last a lifetime and for which there is no known cure.  They can strike at any age but young people are most at risk. NACC provide support for people affected by the disease they also campaign for better healthcare and fund vital research. Your sponsorship would be much appreciated.  Thank You.
