Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page

Recently I’ve had cause to learn about prostrate cancer and how many men do what they do best and bury their heads … nothing to be embarrassed about …just go get checked out ! 

I am joining others in ‘ March the month’  .. a bit harder for me as travelling through Europe for 2 weeks .. some days will be sat in a van like today ( 8 hours so far ) but other days I will be non stop so I figure as long as I get to the end of September having done the equivalent of 11000 steps a day … 330,000 steps then that’s all good .
