Hi Everyone.  I Have only been cycling for 10 months. Started off as a bit of fun and love it.  Then some work colleagues asked me to cycle Castle to Coast.  I decided to accept the challenge.

I Have lost family and friends to this horrible disease that springs up when you least expect it and takes hold till the person loses the fight and takes their last breath.... Leaving the people that love them broken hearted and with only memories.  With no remorse it then finds someone else.  Well I want to do something to help and so can you.
