Thank you for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page and supporting my challenge.
Walk to Wellbeing is a 30 day challenge from 1st to 30th October to raise much needed funds for a local mental health charity.
On average we walk 3,500 steps per day but it is recommended that we should walk 10,000 every day to improve both our physical and mental wellbeing.
I work at West Kent Mind and by doing this challenge I am practicing what I preach by keeping my mind fit as well as my body. Why not join me and walk your way to wellbeing too?
