Story
Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.
Having been a keen supporter from the side lines when Simon was running, I decided I should face my inability to run and raise some money for the Alzheimer's Society. The Society makes such a difference to people's lives, both those with dementia and carers. Dementia is an illness on the rise and I know any support you can give them will benefit someone you know, at somepoint either now or in the future.
September last year I started running, it was a very slow start but eventually I got up to 5km. Now I am up to 10km (I hope!) and running in the Blackpool race on Sunday 13th May.
I know times are tough for a lot of people at the moment, so if you cannot donate, please just keep your fingers crossed for me :o)
Donating through JustGiving is simple, fast and totally secure. Your details are safe with JustGiving – they’ll never sell them on or send unwanted emails. Once you donate, they’ll send your money directly to the charity and make sure Gift Aid is reclaimed on every eligible donation by a UK taxpayer.
