I am taking part in the 20mile Severn Valley Cycle Challenge from Bridgnorth to Bewdley in aid of Acorns Children's Hospice Trust.

Acorns Children's Hospice cares for children and young people who have life limiting and life threatening conditions which means they are unlikely to reach adulthood as a cure for their condition cannot be found. Acorns also offers support for their families.

Acorns has three 10 bed hospices. There is no charge for Acorns service but running costs stand at £4,500 per day per hospice, that's £450 per bed.
