I just wanted to say a huge thank you to you all for your support and motivation... All 20 riders made it successfully and painfully to 24hrs, they even manage 4 banging rpm tracks to finish as a team. We think close to £7000 raised as a team. I rode a total of 520.7 miles. Very very sore butt :-( thank you... MG xxx

I have many friends and family members who have bravely served in our forces during recent conflicts and continue to do so. I want to spin for 24 hours to raise as much money as possible.

As the Group Exercise Manager at Virgin Active Dorset the members, staff and I will spend 24 hours spinning on indoor spin bikes to raise money for three worthy causes close to our hearts. Help for Heroes, Diverse Abilities and Lewis Manning.
