Thank you to everyone who has donated so far! 

 

Despite my best efforts I was unable to make it to the Great North Run due to a 3 hour traffic jam!

 

So to make up the distance myself and John ran the Jedburgh Half Marathon on my birthday today (30/10/11).  It wasn't a speedy experience, but I made it round and John turned out to be an excellent coach and water boy!

 

We're hoping to do another event soon to keep on adding to the total.
